Recipe of the Week: Philly Cheese Steak Casserole with Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 4 oz sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 oz Cheez Whiz
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 pkg (14 oz) Birdseye Recipe Ready Fajita mix
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 13×9 baking dish with non stick spray and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook beef, mushrooms and worcestershire until beef is browned.
  4. Drain and place in baking dish.
  5. Spread cheez whiz over top of beef mixture.
  6. Saute garlic and vegetables over medium-high heat until peppers are soft.
  7. Spread over cheese in baking dish.
  8. Cover vegetables with crescent dough.
  9. Bake 30 minutes or until dough is golden brown on top.
